Dreaming city lore book not dropping (Glitched/Broken?)
These lore pieces apparently drop from activites in dreaming city, but in the entire time forsaken has been out, I've only ever gotten 1 piece from forever ago, and I couldn't tell you just how many blind wells, lost sectors, and public events I've done so it's not for a lack of trying. I'm seriously starting to get the impression that either
A. The drop rate became glitched after a patch
Or
B. The drop rate has always been WAY too low
Bungie, PLEASE look into this! I really want the Chronicler title!

I agree, I've been doing nothing but dreaming city stuff for a while now trying to get the last two entries that I need to finish the book but nothing will give them to me, not public events, not patrols, not weekly or daily bounties, not blind well on any level, 1, 2, 3 or heroic.... Nothing is dropping them for me. THIS IS BROKEN BUNGIE!!!!!! You are keeping people from getting titles like Chronicler due to this. Fix it, fix it, fix it, fix it.... For god's sake Bungie, get off your lazy buts and fix some bugs for a change.
