The perk on the Oathbreakers needs to be reworked. I was never blown away with the concept but I thought the faster draw time done right could really buff a bow esp combined with an exotic bow but then they got rid of draw time and now its just aim. Thats a perk that should just be on legendary armour. Its not really useful in PvE and doesnt really wrk well in PvP unless ur looking to be shot in the back! Not sure how id make them more interesting tho? Any ideas?
