One isn't even enough to use on the helmet ornament alone. They hyped up these special armor sets before release, suggesting you can earn all the pieces. But no, instead of making real $ a shortcut, it's the [b]ONLY[/b] way to complete the set. If anyone believes they can get a DoI ornament every week from the single weekly package, it would still take 6 weeks of insane luck and dismantling all other ornaments from the packages for enough silver dust. And that's only [b]one[/b] character. For all 3, that's 18 weeks straight! Over 4 month's worth of insanely lucky drops. You may as well enter a lottery w/ that kind of luck instead to get the extra $ to just buy the ornaments & silver dust, cuz you'll be paying more $ than the base game & expansions combined just to complete a set or 2.

Pulled two in 3 weeks. It's RNG buddy, deal with it. I didn't complain in the Nightfall Wen my mate got an exotic, he did...cos I got a 388 Event Horizon 😀 It's all random, never, expect...anything

I've gotten lucky to get a full set in the 10 weeks ROI has been out. The thing that sux if you grind it out by luck the sets will become irrelevant if they have another April type update like Chroma did

The setup they made for the Spektar sets for TTK was fairly good; still RnG but u get 3 chances per week w/ a guaranteed piece of the new gear. I got a full set for my Titan in just a couple months even w/ tons of duplicates, and almost got a full Desolate set as well. This is just a pure profit setup. I know it's possible to get enough RoI ornaments to [i] eventually [/i] complete a set, but it's still a rip-off. And you can't compare any drops from any activities to the weekly ornaments; these are purely cosmetic and the [b]only[/b] sources are the weekly package or fork over lots of $. You can get good loot from anywhere now that engrams drop like crazy. I've gotten exotics from blues 3-4 times now, which is awesome. They've definitely come a long way from when the Cryptarch once gave blues/mats for legendaries. They still have time to update the package limit tho, which is all I ask: one per character, just like before.

odd thing is that week are in week 3 and I have 4 different ornament so I'm guess there's another source to get them. I have 2 not a toy, 1lingering vestige, and 1 days of iron ornament. book rank only 11 s

Thats because "Days of Iron" is a separate possible reward from R. Treasures. So you most probably got it at the same time when you got one of the other 3
