At Rank 10 in the Rise of Iron Record Book you receive an Armour Package for Helms. I've claimed, previewed the gear, dismantled, and repeated this process about 12 times and every time, the Innervation perk is always present, it never swaps between the 4 available perks. And that is because according to the Bungie Armory, that IS the only perk available on it. Which I think just simply sucks. I don't need any more extra Grenade energy, I need Health or Shield Recovery. Please allow for Days of Iron armour perks to re-roll with perks to suit our needs. Wasn't that what you wanted for the community? For us to be able to freely choose to wear whatever armour we want, with what we feel comfortable with. I LOVE how the Ornamented Days of Iron armour looks, it's so cool. But I DON'T like Innervation in the slightest.
