start at the first fragment, and just check all locations. most likely you are missing court and or raid fragments, but check the physical locations first, then try for worm chest and cabal chest, then court.

Yeah I found two from the court and one from the agonarch rune thing. I thought I had done that on my Titan but apparently I was going ham on my Hunter that day and did everything on that character. I just need one more for the ToM and I'll get it if people ever show up at the dang Court for that T3 boss this week -_-
