Another Agent of The Nine
Why not have another Agent of the Nine outposted in The Reef that sells different gear than Xûr since he only showed up there [b]ONCE[/b] and nevermore and it's also another reason for people to go check both Reef and Tower!

Well dang.. and here I thought people hated Xûr so much and I thought of this so people would relieve their hatred towards him to another Agent. :\
