My guess as to why we haven't gotten a new Destiny video:
Right now all eyes of the gaming community (at least the majority including a lot of key players) are on the next generation console launch. So a lot of information about games releasing down the line is being put to the wayside while we wait for the new consoles to come out.
Also, its peak video game season again. CoD and BF are back, taking up a lot of attention, along with AC, Batman, and many other big releases. Talking about a game coming out down the line tends to get lost in the uproar of activity going on in the gaming community as a whole.
Basically, now is just not the best time to release a new video on Destiny and allow it to have maximum impact, particularly away from Bungie.net

Well this has to be the best reply I've gotten in months. I actually think that you make a point with your answer. Anyways, I guess Bungie could still be doing some Drawing Boards and uploading a little bit of information about the game without being very important information. Something like hints about the gameplay, maybe dropping out a couple of pictures of new locations, giving us info about some NPCs, or something like this.

Thanks. To be honest, I am all for getting another video, I want Destiny info just as much as the next guy (Titan/Hunter/Warlock class t-shirts are on my Christmas List :D) I just like to think of possible reasons why things aren't happening the way we necessarily want them to. My guess is that Bungie is going to continue to trickle us information through peak gaming season with maybe a bigger release/announcement at the VGAs? Once January hits, I expect them to really start releasing some information on the game. However, Bungie might just be very tight lipped on a lot of stuff so we can experience it for ourselves.
