What happens to Europe and the rest of the world?
This does not include things such as the Lend-Lease Act, they are still in effect
Germany probably would have won. Being serious. America was putting a lot of pressure on Hitler and his army especially near the end. If America wasn't part of it, Japan and Germany would have easily succeeded in winning.

The war would have taken longer and the toll on Russia would have been greater. Britain may have been invaded and Western Europe would probably have remained under -godwinslaw!- control.

Well Russia would still steamroll Germany, but it might take a little longer like 1946-47. You would then have the entirety of Europe as Communist puppet nations, besides maybe Britain. On the asian side of things Japan would control most of the pacific's islands, and maybe have defeated China as well. They might stage an invasion of Australia, depending on how strategically important it is to them. Basically most of southeast Asia would be under Japanese control, but they might start a war with Russia in Manchuria, which then Russia would proceed to steamroll them as well. Then suddenly half the world's nations are communist puppets of the Soviet Union. Not a pleasant scenario.

Edited by Raptor: 7/1/2013 6:01:09 AMThe Russians would basically dominate Europe if the U.S. was still giving them supplies and such. It would be much longer and bloodier but that's about it. As for the Pacific, I see no way the U.S. wouldn't be involved, it would be a significant threat to the country fi Japan was able to capture most of the pacific.
