Deactivate Cross Save

I want to deactivate my cross save on my Xbox account. My son did it by accident thinking he could also play his characters on PS4 as well as my xbox account. I have tried several times to deactivate it but it keeps telling me I have to wait for 41 days due to purchase of silver. I have not purchased any silver. I am very frustrated by this and how cross save is set up. It just took over my sons account and replaced it with mine. Please if anyone can help.

As stated and you yourself found, "Players who purchase Silver (or have Silver added to their account) cannot disable Cross Save until 90 days after the Silver was purchased or added." Please review your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/PurchaseHistory?type=0]purchase history[/url] to see if you have made any purchases in the past 90 days that added Silver to your account. Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from profiles under any circumstances.
