Hi, I bought the Destiny 2 x SteelSeries headphone with my linked bungie account (this one) on the Bungie Store. I never got my headphone. So I tried to contact the support mail. They answered me with the shipping plannings (automatic response). I understood that my order would be very late because I live in France etc. So I waited waited waited...
on May 27 I got a mail saying "thanks for buying the ........ etc etc". And that I'd got a tracking mail in 2-3 weeks. It's paste June and still nothing. So I went and checked on my Bungie account. Guess what ? My order just dissappeared. Like I never bought this headphone but no surprise I lost my 72€, never late to take money away. So please I ask for help. Not your usual automatic response or idk I just want to talk to someone that can actually HELP me to get my money back or my headphone home. Ty

This exact same thing happened with my order for my vault of glass jacket. I'm in Canada and exactly what you stated above happened to me... I still have not been able to get a response to my order and it is extremely frustrating. I honestly cannot believe the lack of support and response regarding this.
