PvP Oppressive?

So, I'm not the first average crucible K/D 'Johnny-Day-Job' to suggest this, but I'll say it again for the sweaty bois in the back: PVP is downright oppressive for new lights. ESPECIALLY on "Rift" weekend when trials isn't active. Literally unplayable. Let's be honest, Trials teams steamrolling new lights is bad for everyone. No amount of loot will convince people to submit to that. Again, this may have been answered before and if so, excuse my ignorance... But why do we not do connection matchmaking for Trials (where the streamers belong) and Skill Based MM for everything else PVP? I would gladly wait an extra 35 seconds to actually have a chance for my little brother/new friend/blueberry to actually improve instead of getting seemingly one tapped, steamrolled, and mercied without any feedback within 1:30. Idk, I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but, I'd love to know why we can't have both.

I am at many stats of PvP in the 0,1 to 4,0% on destinytracker. But even for me some games are impossible to win when I am solo or in 2 stack playing controll or iron banana. It's not only something that hits newlight or bad pvp player. But those uneven matches are no part of the matchmaking, it's about how the game splits the people when it found the 12 player. I mean I have so many lobbies with just solos and 2 man squads. Why even then the game makes the most times matches with around 70% winrate + for one side?
