I have not for the lights of me been able to claim my digital rewards. I have ALL email preferences checked and linked accounts but nothing, still get "Update Email Preferences"
Does anyone know how to submit a ticket to get this fixed?

1 ReplyI have the same exact issue, I even switched Emails to verify cause I thought that would've fixed it but it didn't. It genuinely frustrates me because I don't think I could do anything to fix it. Would like it if we could get some help to fix this
