Email is verified, but keeps prompting me to verify it when claiming digital rewards

I'm trying to claim my D2 rewards, but although my email is verified, and it says so- it won't let me claim any reward and says to check my email preferences in order to verify the email. I've changed the email several times hoping that it'll fix it, but it doesn't.

I’ve seen that other players are able to fix this by doing the following: 1) Go to [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/EmailSms]this page[/url] (Email/SMS Settings). 2) Uncheck all of the email preference settings. 3) Save your settings. 4) Re-check your desired email preference settings. 5) Save your settings once again. 6) You should be able to claim rewards now, the page may need to be refreshed.
