The only response that either of us can get from you on the appeal is this generic message:

You don't seem to have a telephone number, a support chat, nor any other way to connect with you outside of filing an appeal (which hasn't worked so far), or contacting you through one of your various web form templates (which also hasn't worked yet).
Is there anybody there that can at least provide us with an answer to why he was banned in the first place? It happened sometime while he was restricted from even playing for 3-4 months at home because of his grades at the time, and since then we have been unable to get anything remotely informative as to why. I kindly let him preorder the DLC from last Fall/Winter, and he never even got a chance to play it.
I've been with you since the Halo days, and we've both been with you since the alpha/beta tests for D1, D2, including every DLC, gear, etc... We've spent a good chunk of change on your games over the years, so could you at least provide us with a non-generic reason as to what caused his ban and what, if anything, we can do to mitigate this issue?
We've scoured his email inbox, spam folder, and junk folder, but were unable to find a single email from you regarding the matter.
Feel free to reach out to me for my son's account details. If anybody there at Bungie would be so kind as to help us with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your screenshot indicates your son's account was restricted, not banned. If you have already submitted an appeal for the restriction and been denied, then you must wait out the duration of the restriction. Please note that, as mentioned in the appeals article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that a ban or restriction will be overturned. In most cases, restrictions are given when a player has exhibited a consistent poor internet connection negatively affecting other players. Your son would have received an in-game warning message—prior to the restriction—that his account has a poor connection and if not fixed, he would be restricted. The warning was either ignored or attempts to improve the connection were not enough. If this is his first restriction, it will last 2 weeks. We recommend following the steps provided in the Network Troubleshooting Guide and related articles to help improve your connection. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy found here.
