Just a quick question, when your son logs into D2, does it say No So Fast, or is your son restricted from playing PvP?

The worst part of it all is that he didn't get to play for 3 or 4 months until he got his grades back up, and he was banned at some point between a 4 month window in which he wasn't playing. When I gave him his ps4 back, he was so excited to play the DLC we bought him while I restricted him from playing, but when he logged in he received the "not so fast" message. As far as network conditions, that's certainly not it. I have a 1gbps symmetrical connection over fiber, and my degree is in network operations and security. I ran cat6 to all of the rooms in my house, and all of the pcs/laptops/consoles have a lan connection available for them. My network runs about as well as home internet can run. It's possible that he may have said something stupid in frustration at some point, but I never heard him say anything that would be ban-worthy. There were no messages on his console. None in the email address that I setup for his account years ago, and the only responses we get, like the first reply, are completely generic. Not having a customer support phone number, a live chat, nor an email address that we can contact somebody that won't recite the generic script is a bit ridiculous. I figured after how much we've contributed to their paychecks over the years, a simple and direct answer would be in store, but apparently not.

Definitely a permanent ban, do you play console or use cross save?

Couple of questions. Did you some play on he pc at any time? If so does your computer have any type of cheat engines for other games or trainers? If not did he go into trials?

He did at one point. I wouldn't think he'd cheat in any way, but I'm not naive enough to believe he couldn't have.

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 7/13/2022 5:55:38 PMSince it says not so fast, that's a permanent ban. They aren't going exactly to say what flagged the account for a ban but if they reply to any appeal/reply here it'll be a more generic thing like 'caught cheating' or 'network manipulation' etc You also don't get any emails about an account ban besides the not so fast message
