I just got a message opening Destiny 2 that I've consistently had a bad connection for two weeks. No prior warnings, messages, or anything.
And that I'm banned from any PVP content for two (2) weeks!!!! right before Iron Banner. I don't get it, I've never had error codes, anyone telling me I'm rubber banding or having long loading screens, so how do I get banned???
If @Bungie mods or monitors these forums, can you help me here?
- I have a 1GB connection
- Xbox is hardwired to the router
- NAT open
- DMZ configured
- Ports open
- Xbox network tests show 750MB down | 10MB up
What else do I need to do?

I just ran this test on my laptop hardwired exactly like my PS5. 1st test to Columbus Ohio 133 miles away was 33ms ping, 1ms jitter, 399.9 down, 22.70 up. 2nd test to Seattle Washington 2100 miles away was 78ms ping, 1ms jitter, 405.4 down, 8.4 up. So clearly the great distances can drop the upload by more than half. If you are uploading only 10 to a very near server then your 10 up over 2000 or 3000 miles is dropping far to much to be stable and is causing you problems.
