The issue is with 10mb up over a great distance that can be cut in half. I just ran this test on my laptop hardwired exactly like my PS5. 1st test to Columbus Ohio 133 miles away was 33ms ping, 1ms jitter, 399.9 down, 22.70 up. 2nd test to Seattle Washington 2100 miles away was 78ms ping, 1ms jitter, 405.4 down, 8.4 up. So clearly the great distances can drop the upload by more than half. If you are uploading only 10 to a very near server then your 10 up over 2000 or 3000 miles is dropping far to much to be stable and is causing you problems.

Thanks! this makes sense; however, I've no idea how to solve this. Even more difficult is the fact that I've been playing D2 with these routers since November and never had a single issue until now... So I'm just at a loss on how to solve this
