Sounds like you should stop playing pvp if you’re going to get upset over this. I can’t imagine how angry you get when someone is actually toxic 😂

I am just trying to explain to you stubborn people that you misuse a term for a meaning that doesn't fit the context and makes the actual "message" you want to send to that person (that you value their play) look like an insult or condescending speech. When you defeat an opponent on equal footing, they will see "GG" as something positive. If you defeat them on very unequal footing, they will take "GG" as an follow-up kick into the face, even if you mean it as a respectful acknowledgement of their play. You ignore the frustration and anger the defeated player goes through at the moment of defeat and you falsely expect them to be "eh, it's not worth the anger" the second the match is over. But you are wrong. You (plural) lack the empathy to understand that emotions don't cool down so quickly. You (plural) lack the empathy to realize that saying something to your opponent will make them just more mad at you for defeating them. After all, the players you face online are usually your regular Andy that isn't in an E-Sports team, trained to take loses no matter how horrible and humiliating the experience was for them. They are just regular players. Expecting from them E-Sports sportsmanship is a false hope.
