On one hand I like the challenge they bring and that they give you more super energy than normal enemies.
On the other hand I can't stand being forced to only use weapons there is mods for. Sometimes I just wanna use my Vex Mythoclast okay?
But my vote is irrelevant whether it is yes or no, I want your opinions.

Because of the issue of what I assume is Destiny’s natural latency problems, some champs will act super buggy before and after hitting them with a stunning round, like Overloads practically teleporting through walls and out of sight(or behind you which is great when your radar is down) or when you stun an Unstoppable Ogre and he decides he’s just gonna roll you like another hit from Smash Mouth, and he’l just keep coming and wont stop coming. Couple this with the limited choices for mod selection and some folks being sick and tired of autos and subs being the only overloads or almost never having a secondary like a shotty or sniper for anti-barriers and folks will just not like the system and how it forces you to play. People like having options, having choices in how to tackle different situations. Bungie knows this, they know their playerbase, or at the very least I assume they did at some point before 2017. I dunno, maybe it’s just me but I don’t like having to be forced to play a certain style and not have an incentive by doing so. So as it is, the champions are a bad design because the means we were given to engage them is a bad design. If the system cannot be improved, it just needs to be tossed out, and I think I’d much rather go back to bullet sponges than things that have immunity shields and shield “phases”. But that’s just me.
