This poll is in hopes to get Bungie to recognize or respond to the issue of the lack of ability to acquire mods for new or returning players besides strict RNG once a day.
Lots of players are now unable to utilize a lot of combat mods and make different builds because of an RNG time hate that makes no sense.

Bump. The worst part of this is that there are mods that repetively show up and then there are mods that do not show up at all.
-
Bump to keep this relevant.

Cayde-7I'm Cayde-7 - old
Why not just add them to seasons to again like they was originally. I mean theirs no new ones to currently unlock. -
You have to check everyday if you have the mod or not we don't have the luxury to sell you all mod at once due to we are bungie and you are playing destiny
-
Agreed this issue needs to be adressed too bad it won't as bungie is too busy making season content
-
This needs to happen yesterday. Current system is ridiculous.

3 RepliesEdited by ForkedTail: 6/26/2022 2:17:01 AMI have all the mods, but if I was a new player, I would be pretty upset that all the potential for surviving and doing DPS in high end PvE is gated behind mods that might not show up for months. There really needs to be a way for new players to get old seasonal charged with light and well mods.

7 RepliesJust make them available for everyone already!
-
Bumping just to piss off the elitist A-hole that is commeting in this thread.
-
1 ReplyPut them in the legacy kiosk for 20 legendary shards each.
-
1 ReplyHow Ada and banshee don't just have all the mods up by now is ridiculous while I have them I can only imagine how much of a pain new players find it to even get a chance to make a build
-
So many new players lost interest in this game because of this. After finally getting to the start of pinnacle grind, they started to get into building and.....they can't. It took Ada I think over 4 months to sell Elemental Charge. A critical mod for many builds. Just sell all mods for glimmer and let them browse that store and think what they want to try out first rather than boringly forcing the purchase of "whatever they don't own" that day. When I returned after a few years break. I literally aquired all adept mods before even half of Normal mods. A very bad system indeed.

Given that bungie is pushing towards a more buildcrafting heavy game, this mod issue needs to be fixed asap. You cannot make your game revolve around buildcrafting when the only way for new or returning players to make said builds is to wait months if not longer for an rng rotation. I’ve been playing since launch and there are still mods I dont have simply because I missed the single day of the year that they were being sold.

1 ReplyWhy the -blam!- would you put eververse as an option? Stupid people like you are part of the problem lmao
-
I just think giving people the option to do a bounty and select the type of mod they want (combat style, helmet, etc) is great.
-
3 RepliesThe legend lost sectors drop random mods frequently. The iron banner rank ups do too
-
-
I’m fairly indifferent. I like the current system, because I like checking every day, but I like availability.
-
3 RepliesNope. Why you must have ability to farm out all modes in couple of days? Every week they new, buy them, use what you have. You think newbies must have special treatment for be able to keep up with those who plays at least few years? NO!

1 ReplyPut them in LS at this point It personally doesn't affect me but I know it could be annoying to not have certain mods
