I am missing the Ice Ball Effects Transmat from collections. It was acquired from a bright engram in the Season 2 Dawning, which was around Christmas 2017. It is clearly on my ship, and therefore should be in my collections, but it is not.
I play on PC, bungie name is Hamburglar#2303.
I've put in 2 Bungie help requests for this issue, responses posted below.

Many cosmetic items acquired through a Bright Engram or purchased using Bright Dust can be reacquired using the appropriate Collection in the character inventory screens. Bungie does not restore items that have been intentionally or accidentally deleted from a player’s account.

6 RepliesThe only solution at this moment is to reacquire it. you can try dismantling the ship for the transmat effect, but this comes with its risks. you may just have to wait for the next solstice event. There is nothing further that bungie can do to assist you.
