Ten years of working hard and taking -blam!- has finally paid off. I have ascended the kitchen hierarchy from sauté cook to Sous Chef. I am so happy I could sing that outlandishly joyous Junbi OK song. The position also comes with a significant pay raise, meaning I can finally move out of my crappy two room apartment. This is also my first (pseudo) manager job. But on the plus side life's definitely looking up for me.
