Bungie your "Support" is a shambles

This is the 2nd month in a row I have been unable to collect Prime gaming awards. I unlinked, then relinked, my account last month but again the rewards don't show up with Holliday. The rewards are showing up as "claimed" on Amazon, but are not shown as claimed under "partner rewards" on Bungie. I have tried multiple "support" avenues, combed through forums, contacted the Bungie Store (who's response was woeful, replies took 3 days, and denied responsibility rather than helping). Amazon has done all they can but the problem clearly rests with bUngie. The fact that we have to rely on these forums for help to technical issues is a joke for problems that aren't widespread. There are many wonderful and selfless community members on this forum I am extremely thankful for but to not be able to direct my problem to a support representative is a shambles. I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this issue myself to no avail. I have dedicated a lot of time to this game that I love, spent $100s, and feel left in the cold. Bungie, please contact me and help me resolve this issue.
