They tried to please everyone, which just results in something where nobody is happy. This most recent matchmaking change doesn't benefit anyone. Casuals go 20-20 and match players going 20-0. Top players match primarily top players, as they tend to get wins the fastest, and fight for the same loot with way harder matches. Helping lower skilled friends go flawless becomes impossible. Matches get harder no matter if you go flawless or not. You are punished for failing. It actively punishes player retention. This change was very...shortsighted. Like at least let it account for losses and wins or something. That [i]might[/i] have a chance.
