Hey just wanted to make a quick post to ask if I'm able to use GDPR specifically consumer right act of 2015 subsection Digital Content as I had received a ingame ban and when going to filling in GDPR form on the website I asked for the right to access and to be informed which they replied back with only a link to their Privacy Policy then stopped replying after that.
I've filled in 3 appeals so far all coming back saying denied, I did provide somewhat proof of having no cheat engines or trainers installed and I dont believe I've broken any rules on the code of conduct either. also tried to make so sort of contact with community managers but get no response back.
If anyone would like the link to see my proof of having no cheats/ trainers installed I'm help to provide the video link.
BACKSTORY: On the 16th sept (day of the ban) I had been playing destiny 2 for 3-4 hours before the maintenance/ update only running though the battleground story on my warlock as I dont warlock much compared to my titan and hunter but after the maintenance/ update was complete I had logged back in and within 2 minutes had received a ban, on steam I have over 1,200 hours played and probably more as I had played the game on battle.net too so from all that time I'm not about to start cheating out the blue and waste all that time played especially when battleye has just been introduced at the start of the season.

Unfortunately the forums are unable to assist you with ban info or gdpr requests beyond giving you the links that you have already used.
