Given how long we have had access to a seasonal artifact, we should be able to activate whatever we desire within it. We shouldn't be limited by what columns have a certain amount. Once we level it up, we should be able to use it as we please. I also feel that champion mods should have a seperate slot on all weapons alongside the slots already present so we can use what weapons we want as well as make room for more interesting and engaging perks on the artifact.
