REPRO STEPS: Equip Second Chance with Prismatic, use Transcendence, use Shield Throw. ACTUAL RESULT: Second Chance doesn't apply weaken on target when using Shield Throw. EXPECTED RESULT: Second Chance works fine with Prismatic as long as you don't transcend. While Transcended, it should still apply weaken on target hits.
