Ghost of the Deep
The last collectible needed for the Ghoul title is essentially impossible to get and the dialogue is impossible to hear due to the shortened time after completing the final encounter. It used to give you a huge amount of time but now only gives you 50 seconds before being sent to orbit.

They're aware, the workaround is to do GotD it in a team so you can head to the room early to quickly do it
