Invisible Weapons Bug
Was doing the Encore Concerto mission and trying to do the data pod puzzle when my weapons started disappearing and any picked up modules didn't stick with me.
I decided to just give up and move to the boss room, but the weapon glitch stuck with me.
My weapons would disappear randomly during the fight, and I would stay in first-person when using a sword.
Of course, the glitch had to happen on a flawless run, and the death in the video was my only one.
