Hi, my guardian name was changed as part of the recent issue. It was not offensive etc and I have been using it for 10 years it is dazzer2014 I went to the account settings and tried to change it. It actually prompted me to use my orginal id which I thought was the obvious choice so I did. On saving, it said i could not use this id. I then tried to use a variant of it and was told I could only change my name once and would not allow me to save anything. Please advise as this is so frustrating.
