Me: Leaving a match because I was forced to join late (again), our team is down two players, and the other team is up 50 points and has supers.
BUNGIE: Here's a five minute timeout for quitting. You just sit there and think about whether or not you really want to play.
Me: Huh... Well -Blam!- it. I guess I don't really want to play this poor pvp meta with broken matching.

I joined mid game where there was a cheater on the other team. Hence the reason people were quitting. These people get reported yet nothing happens to them. Few days later, same guy/girl still cheating still playing.
