I'm hardlined router to PS5, with consistent 17ms ping and around 700mb dnld and still experience the same thing loading in to the Tower. But it's only been like this for me since TFS. In fact, during the craftening, when I was on my phone's hotspot and simultaneously downloading games to get the bug to work, I didn't have as long load times getting into the Tower. I error coded from orbit yes, but never had load times that were so long I start dozing off.
