Destabilizing Rounds need their cool down activation timer removed
Just like it says it the title, I'm much less compelled to using the so-called ultra combo " Repulsor Brace + Destabilizing Rounds" over any weapon that has Incandescent or Voltshot

They also have that damn elemental cool down! And they wonder why the player count keeps dropping.
