It’s just boring. Every season is the same. I’m so bored I actually stayed playing Fortnite lol I guess playing destiny since it’s been out didn’t help. Most of us are just burned out.

This right here. Regardless of the service or product once the user starts to say ‘this is boring’ you have a monumental task of getting them back.
