Destabilizing Rounds need their cool down activation timer removed
Just like it says it the title, I'm much less compelled to using the so-called ultra combo " Repulsor Brace + Destabilizing Rounds" over any weapon that has Incandescent or Voltshot

1 ReplyYep. Even if they removed the timer, Incandescent would still just be better. The perk needs serious buffs.
