And reverse the recent nerf to knockout. If knockout punches all counted as powered melees like the used to then Prismatic Titan might be halfway as good as it is on locks and hunters

Knockout, combination blow, sol invictus, offensive bulwark. None if them count as powered melees. Edit: This was a change made to exotics. Not sure if it also affects things like Heavy Handed

The change hurts so much. I can't just pop an orb out every time a punch an enemy in the face to heal myself with.

I just remember having knockout and getting radiant off an orb that I generated with heavy handed. It was a base melee and I didn’t have the fragment that gives radiant for powered melee hits on prismatic.

Yeah. Seems like it was just a change made to exotics. Severance, Assassin's cowl, and Felwinter's Helm.

The difference is we have evidence of one trivializing the game. Destablizing repulsor is solid unchecked and underwhelming otherwise.
