I have never hit the total cap once, wit that being said I am fine with overall 30 tokens per season/episode thingy.
BUT, I do think the tokens should be the universal type, you get 30 tokens, spend as you will. Want more?(somehow), go buy them. Or wait till a refresh.
They get to sell them still, people who don't focus on transmog for every class gets a win. Good for both sides.

A better idea, sure, and if it came down to a compromise I’d be more happy with it than what we have now, but it still feels bad to have to pay for the ability to transmog armor you have already paid for (assuming you aren’t FTP).
