Destabilizing Rounds need their cool down activation timer removed
Just like it says it the title, I'm much less compelled to using the so-called ultra combo " Repulsor Brace + Destabilizing Rounds" over any weapon that has Incandescent or Voltshot

17 RepliesBungie needs to do something about bringing destabilization rounds and voltshot in line more with incandescent. Voltshot requires a reload and destabilization rounds has a cool down. To me they should all be equal in producing and in damage. But Bungie has way more important things to worry about right now.
