Xbox 360 : Will Destiny need a Mandatory Install and then played in the Disc Drive like Wolfenstein?

So, after checking the Achievements (looks to be pretty easy) and discussing the Raid Matchmaking, I only have one final concern to be raised with Bungie and DeeJ; and this question is central to my decision of whether or not to preorder and buy Destiny. If you don't care about the Xbox 360 or the issues that people who own one face, please don't just troll this thread with nonsensical responses. Right, as anyone with experience with Wolfenstein : The New Order or Titanfall on the Xbox 360 will know, you have to do a mandatory install on the HDD and then run another disc in the drive whilst you play. What every 360 player also knows is that the 360 suffers from overheating issues, even on the Slim or Elite, they still get burning hot, which can lead to no end of problems. The thing about W:TNO and Titanfall is that they do NOT allow for FULL installs, and their developers state that it's to minimise the install size and improve "efficiency". PS3 owners of W:TNO could fully install the game. Now, I don't care if Destiny is 50GB, I would like the option to FULLY install the game to the HDD. I'd rather not risk burning up my £200 console for any game (even Destiny), and as a game that is demanding of your time, I would hope that Bungie realise and understand this concern from Xbox 360 users. Some people will be ok with running the game in the disc drive, and more power to them, but I and many others are not, and so we would like the choice to fully install the game, irrespective of how big it is or how many discs it is on. Edit : I would like to add that neither Wolfenstein : The New Order or Titanfall have the option for digital downloads on the Xbox360. This is a developer choice that is an increasing trend with cross-gen games. Technically, the 360 is a hardware relic, but I hope Bungie can get full installs for Destiny on it. This is my final concern, but if it HAS to be played in the Disc Drive, and not from the Hard Drive, then I'm afraid that's a deal breaker for me. And for the record, I know "that's what it was built for" and there may be "technical limitations" but until I get an explicitly detailed technical explanation, there's not point in raising that point or discussing it.

 • I have the game in m Xbox 360 right now and unfortunately, it's only 1 disc. I say unfortunately, because if it were 2, then it would be good content like HD packs and such. So it seems to be pretty small...
