How many of y'all? Don't wanna be in a over crowded clan

We have 4 people right now. I am hoping to get around 15 people in the clan maybe 20. We go by a name to name basis and are trying to make each other feel like family. It's a lot easier when you're in battle and you can say someone's name instead of gt.
