Any chance we are getting an extension to IB?
Ran a lot of IB yesterday. Idk if the servers just aren't able to keep up in an event like this - or what but the amount of times i've had to quit game as I have had an endless spinner / no character showing how many are queued for each round so again, changing character and trying again seems to be only fix.
Today I've played 2 IB games and disconnected from both, no internet issues. I mean, idk why bungo doesn't just do 2 week events as a basis especially if we don't see many opportunities for events like these. Feels bad man.

They've slowly ruined and eroded everything that made it interesting once they stopped treating it like a semi-competitive PvP game mode and decided it was basically just another of their "rotating PvP party modes." The changes to loot rewards, the shift away from a rep-based system to a "reward track" that throttles your gains in order to "encourage" daily play through the week rather than one or two long sessions (and the plethora of bugs they seem unwilling/unable to fix with this and other limited time game modes) has soured me on it. And that's not even including the asinine "wear IB armor/ornaments to reduce grind!' lie that's currently bugged. Combine all that with the state the game is in generally and I've only logged in to see what was on the bright dust store. I haven't even launched a single IB game and I may not complete the track by the reset if I even bother to try. Bungie has just slowly removed almost all desire to play their game and extending IB wouldn't be enough at this point. June is still a long way out for a game to be in this state. By the time they throw their hail mary, though, I suspect there won't be enough people around to care. EDIT: this post got downvoted? I think I have a fan.

No. They'll use the excuse that there is no room for an extra week while giving us an empty week next week. Just like they were using that excuse last winter.

They might get around to extending this weeks current Iron banner in June. Best they can do.

Uhmmm Bungo? Have you never heard of them??? The VERY last thing they care about is their players and NO they do not actually listen. One or two may hear but they DO NOT listen! (Well unless your a streamer that plays a a gazillion hours a minute and many weeks every day thus proping up advertising for them as well as hours. Way more hours than any sane person should spend on anything except helping others! And sorry helping people with a dungeon for a couple hours a week DOES NOT qualify - but thank you to the few that have let me run with them in the past (well none were streamers but people that helped me after helping so many people in D1 raids!)

2 RepliesNo Chance they said as below was 1 week Apparently to put another week of IB in would take 500 devs 2 years of work its like the change of IB rewards per activity changing the Number 1 to a number 2 or 3 takes so many resources they just cant do it, unless of course its Marathon then it takes a few mins

1 ReplyIts so stupid that we get the useless wild anthem set and a sword and lmg that u can get in any pvp playlist but struggle to get any IB weapons or Armour they are out of touch they need to extend this for another week or so as i highly doubt they have anything exciting coming up
