The "can't cheat on console" thing is a myth. There are youtube videos where cheaters explain that they can install the same pc cheats on console. Even shows them bring up the cheat overlay in the games. They say it's actually easier because companies don't monitor for cheating as much on console because they also believe that myth that it isn't possible. For example, bungie's big brag on anticheats is that they use Battleeye. But Battleeye only exists on PC. Those same cheats allow PC's to look like consoles so that they can play/cheat in the console only lobbie.

Just dont post their names on here or the Bungie mods will lock the thread because we all know they dont know how to ban them

Even all the AI apps recognize the cheating going on in D2. It was never anything new…and prob even more widespread, now that Bungie has lost major interest in the game.

There's no one in your recent history that's cheating, stats all look legit. Infact the only ones with over a 2 kda were a few guys on your team 😆

I’m below average crucible player and lost a match. Went to the person’s history who scored extremely high and went to their Guardian Games history and this person had won 31 games in a row and I would say 95% of Supremacy. Looks like the person will play poorly in IB to look less obvious. Person was not in a fireteam in the match I was in. I did notice as soon as the game started, their team went up 6-0 in about 2 seconds.

Yes. It is awful. Balance is an issue but the cheating is rampant and Bungie are impotent -blam!- who won’t address cheating .

On console you can use aimbots other than that no. On PC there’s a plethora of hacks from wall hacks to becoming a giant(literally)

It’s absolutely possible to cheat on console. I had an Xbox player 1 tapping my team through walls (not just one of them mind you) from literally the first 2 seconds of a trials match one time And I’ve seen a PSN hunter flying around with unlimited golden gun and aimbot. People who say you cannot cheat are genuinely full of it. If not for the fact that I’ve deleted literally all of my clips multiple times I’d show it off. (No that isn’t me lying like some of you deniers have said in the past, lying does not benefit me)

that level of hard cheat is not possible on console. those cheats need a level of access to the console os that is not currently possible. either way, just report them and let Bungie figure it out.
