In collections, they should just let us reacquire anything we've already unlocked and purchase anything we've not unlocked (that's not current) with shards or ciphers, and drop them all with random rolls. 🤷

Honestly that is an even better solution, in fact they have already done something like this with Redrix's Broadsword and y2 Nightshade.
