We understand you aren't able to obtain contender card bounties via the Companion. This does sound odd to us. By any chance, if you clear the application cache or delete the content database as outlined in this [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048721032-Destiny-Companion-Guide]article[/url], does it resolve this for you?
If you experience this beyond those troubleshooting steps, then please consider recording a short videoclip of what you're seeing. If you record such a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and link us to it here. We'll then investigate.

Clearing application cache and reinstalling the app didn’t make a difference. There is still no button to Acquire Bounties. Link to screenshots added

Hello again, Thank you for the link. We have been updated concerning this. For the current Guardian Games, Eva’s contender/platinum/diamond cards are no longer implemented as standard bounties, and recent objective work explicitly pulled event bounties out of the normal bounty system (“events won’t use bounties moving forward”). The Companion app’s [i]Acquire Bounties[/i] view only knows how to talk to that standard bounty system, so Eva doesn’t appear there. You should be able to visit Eva in the Tower to pick up a new card. We hope that this information helps.

I mean it’s helpful but it’s certainly not ideal. It means there’s no other way to acquire Eva’s contender cards without going to the tower. Ideally they should have been added to the event page, so you don’t have to go to the tower between activities. It also means if you finish a card mid activity, there’s no way to grab a new card without aborting the run.
