We've been trying to complete the Derealize master conquest. When we get to the symbol part where you have to step on the button, see a symbol appear, and then move in the correct direction to go through an invisible portal, we're having trouble getting the buttons to show the symbols reliably. My "strategy" with these plates on the floor is to jump twice while standing on them. For whatever reason, this seems to somewhat reliably cause the symbol to appear, although the timing is finicky and it definitely doesn't always work. So if this strategy fails, we have to waste a little more time waiting for the rooms to cycle through again, so that we can retry the correct symbol. My other friends in the fireteam have also tried to stand on the plate to make the symbol appear, but it doesn't work for them very well either - no one can see the symbol reliably appear. Are there any alternate tricks/strategies we can toy around with to try to get through this puzzle a little more efficiently? We hate having to spend precious time on this area when we could be pushing forward in the mission.
