The "Never De-Feated" triumph is bugged
The triumph from the Praxic Title "Never De-Feated" is stuck at (40/50pts). It clearly states that one must "Complete all encounters in "Equilibrium" with three or more feats active". I have run multiple runs with four (4) feats active and it is still at 40/50

1 ReplyYou need to run it with all of these feats for it to go to 50/50: Phase Limit Encounter Challenges Limited Revives Battalions Cutthroat That's all available feats. There was never an issue on their end other than they modified the feats and rewards relationship but did nothing (as usual) on everything else which has caused confusion.

2 RepliesThere was a mention of it on the known issues a while ago with: [quote]Players must complete a run with all Feats active to complete the associated Triumph.[/quote] Its subsequently been removed, so either they've decided they want it to be like this or they're still aware of it but knocked it off the list anyways.
