During the "Redirect Airstrikes to Destroy Assets" objective on Europa I killed the target psion with my lightsaber. Died normally on my screen, but because he was close/against the wall, the antenna got stuck behind the wall and soflocked my team. Due to there being no timer on this object, and because it didn't fall out of bounds, it never reset and the enemy never respawned.
