As little as possible, ideally.

That might be part of the problem... Sunlight helps with the production of vitamin D amongst other chemicals in the body including a member of the tonin family of chemicals that turns into melatonin as the day processes in your body metabolizes melatonin assets with your body going to sleep It's naturally produced..... If you use outside sources of melatonin to try to sleep it lowers your body's ability to produce it naturally creating more problems with sleep.... So if you're not getting a whole lot of sunlight try taking some vitamin D in the morning and it might help otherwise a few hours a sunlight should do wonders with your sleep schedule

Here you are, out here solving problems like Dr. House! It's actually kinda crazy just how vital sunlight is to people. It gives people necessary vitamins, has natural disinfecting properties eliminating a majority of microbes that cause airborne infections, and has a large impact on mental health. Getting some sun increases your serotonin and helps you stave off Seasonal Affective Disorder and sun exposure can also help people with anxiety and depression, especially in combination with other treatments. It also lowers blood pressure!

Yup that's the list!!! It's one of the things I like to do solve problems and help people It's a horrible habit I have that and being considerate I'm like a freak of nature compared to most people nowadays

Helping people?!?! What are you, a crazy person!

But it's cold outside! No, but I take your point. I really should try to spend more time outside, I'm kind of a homebody. Tomorrow I'll take a walk or something, see if that doesn't help. Thanks for the suggestion!

I definitely recommend taking a walk every day, but it helps if you have a destination. I can’t walk around aimlessly. For me, I walk to work, but I’d see what you got nearby. See if you can find something about 10 minutes away that you wouldn’t mind going to once a day, even if it’s just a convenience store or something.

Sometimes vitamins take a while to saturate your system to be consistent so if you take vitamin D as a supplement or enjoy some sun(definitely recommend the natural sunlight) it still might take a little while but it makes a big difference once it kicks in....
