If you’re suffering from insomnia, try talking to your pharmacy or doctor. They might be able to give you something (such as Nytol) which can help you fall asleep and help you find out what’s causing it.
I work in retail and often suffer from insomnia because of the constant different shifts I’m doing. I spoke to a pharmacist and they gave me Nytol which has helped me a lot. It may have left me with a few minor side effects, but at least I was able to sleep.
