Ah, so they're broken for you, too? I was starting to think that I was the only one. It's weird, because I might assume it has something to do with how recently one's played Destiny given the whole "Guardian Rank" thing, but I know Operator 6O hasn't played Destiny in just as long as I haven't, and she can still send PMs just fine. I do hope it's just a temporary bug.
